Welcome to Askari Expeditions LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website www.askariexpeditions.com and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Askari Expeditions LLC offers booking and coordination of international hunting, adventure, and travel experiences. Specific details, pricing, and requirements for each trip will be provided prior booking.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  • By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Certain trips may require permits, licenses, or compliance with local regulations,  with which clients are expected to adhere to.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Payment methods will be specified during the booking process.

  • All prices are subject to change until confirmed.

  • Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds​

  • Deposits, permit/license fees and any other payments made prior to hunts are non-refundable under any circumstances. Should hunt dates need to be moved we will work with outfitter on rescheduling.

  • We are not responsible for refunds due to travel disruptions beyond our control (weather, political events, health advisories, etc.).

  • It is advisable for clients traveling/hunting under the circumstances described in this website to purchase trip insurance to protect their investment.

5. Travelers Responsibilities

By booking with Askari Expeditions LLC, you agree to:

  • Hold valid travel documents, visas, and permits as required.

  • Comply with all local laws and regulations.

  • Follow safety instructions provided by guides and staff.

  • Maintain appropriate travel insurance for health, cancellations, and personal belongings.

6. Assumption of Risk

Safaris and hunting expeditions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, wildlife encounters, environmental hazards, and unforeseen events. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Askari Expeditions LLC is not liable for death, injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your trip. Any arrangement made by Askari Expeditions LLC is subject to our terms and conditions and a client release of liability and assumption of risk agreement is required.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (logos, text, images, videos, etc.) is the property of Askari Expeditions LLC or its partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site’s functionality.

  • Collect or misuse information from other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Askari Expeditions LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.

  • Askari Expeditions LLC is not liable at any time or under any circumstance for trophy damage, loss, theft, or other reasons including political/governmental actions/decisions that may prevent client from possessing their trophy/trophies.

  • If hunting a species listed under CITES, the client accepts the inherent risk, and understands that Askari Expeditions LLC is not liable for any change/s that may prevent the client from the importation and/or possession of their trophy/trophies.

  • No guarantees of success are made/implied by Askari Expeditions LLC.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Askari Expeditions LLC, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arkansas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
